JUNIOR POSITION
As a junior 3D modeler, you will be responsible for creating basic models and concepts for various different projects. These assets will range from different products, such as architectural design or games development. You will need a basic understanding of 3D modeling, as well as showing good prospects for the job, such as teamwork, problem solving and initiative. I believe that I could enroll into this position after my 2nd year in college, as I believe that over my enrollment in the college I have acquired the necessary skills for this kind of beginner position.

MIDDLE POSITION
As a general modeler in the industry, you will have to be able to model assets to a higher quality, making use of pre-planning and multiple different software's. You will also require a higher standard of work ethic and initiative. I believe that I could possibly be prepared for this kind of role after a bit of work experience in the 3D modelling field, being able to pick-up some basic advice skills needed.

SENIOR POSITION
As a senior modeler, you will need to have a high understanding of planning, modeling and texturing different assets, as well as being able to describe and possibly teach these skills to lower positions in your field. In addition, you will need an enhanced level of leadership, time-management and problem solving. This is the kind of position I am aiming for in my future career, which I believe i am capable of achieving after some more years building up my portfolio.
